I ended up having a couple cookies on the weekend while we were away, I guess thats what did it?
Either that or I wasn't drinking enough water....
I'll be loading up on water today to try to flush out that fat, lol.

Glad to meet a sis online! I've taken in 1.5 days in Prince George and now will take in all 3 days this coming weekend in Grande Prairie... looking forward to focussing on spiritual things rather than my fat physical body!! HA!!
